This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your conduct on PressForge AI, operated by DoodleWerks LLC. This AUP supplements and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violation may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
Content promoting violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age is prohibited. This includes slurs, degrading or dehumanizing content, harassment, bullying, targeted abuse, doxxing (sharing private information without consent), and threats of violence or harm.
Content promoting, glorifying, or recruiting for terrorism or violent extremist organizations is prohibited, including instructions for creating weapons or explosives and content glorifying mass violence.
Graphic depictions of violence, torture, death, gratuitous gore, content glorifying self-harm or suicide, and animal cruelty are prohibited. Historical, educational, or news context may be considered at our discretion.
Instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or dangerous devices; instructions for illegal drug manufacturing; content promoting self-harm, eating disorders, or suicide; dangerous challenges; and medical misinformation that could cause harm are all prohibited.
Sexually explicit content and pornography are currently prohibited unless an age-verified NSFW feature is explicitly enabled. Sexual content involving minors in any form is always prohibited regardless of any setting.
You may not generate or use trademarked logos, brand names, or characters without authorization. Examples include Disney characters, Nike swoosh, Apple logo, sports team logos (NFL, NBA, etc.), and brand slogans. Generic artistic styles are allowed (e.g., "retro 80s style"), but direct trademark references are not.
You may not upload copyrighted images without rights or a license, recreate copyrighted artwork through AI prompts, or generate designs based on copyrighted characters or works. Fair use may apply to transformative works, but you assume all legal risk. Copyright holders may file DMCA takedown notices — see our DMCA Policy.
Generating images of real, identifiable people without consent is prohibited, especially public figures or celebrities by name, deepfakes intended to deceive, and impersonation for fraud or harassment. Obvious satire or public-domain historical figures may be considered at our discretion.
AI prompts are automatically screened for prohibited terms. Blocked prompts may result in a warning or account review. Repeated violations lead to suspension or termination. Do not attempt to circumvent filters (e.g., misspellings, leetspeak, encoded text).
All plans, including "Unlimited" tiers, have reasonable use caps to ensure fair service for all users. Excessive use beyond typical commercial needs (e.g., automated bulk generation of thousands per day, reselling raw API access) may trigger review, throttling, or suspension.
The Free tier is intended for trial and personal use. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits and automated account creation are prohibited.
The following result in immediate termination without prior warning:
Temporary suspensions last 3–7 days for moderate violations and up to 30 days for serious violations. During suspension, you have no access to the Service and no refunds for subscription time are issued.
Account disabled immediately. All content removed. Your IP and email may be banned from creating new accounts. No refunds issued. Law enforcement notified for illegal content.
Please include: URL or description of the violating content, the policy you believe was violated, your contact information, and screenshots or evidence if applicable.
Reports are reviewed within 24–48 hours (sooner for urgent issues such as CSAM). You may receive a confirmation email. Detailed outcomes are not shared due to privacy considerations. Content is removed if a violation is confirmed.
You may appeal enforcement actions within 30 days by emailing info@doodlewerks.io with subject "AUP Appeal." Include your username, date of the action, reason for appeal, and supporting evidence. Appeals are reviewed within 7–14 business days. The decision is final. No appeals are available for CSAM, terrorism, or egregious violations.
We may update this AUP at any time. Significant changes will be announced via email and in-app notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance. You are responsible for reviewing this policy periodically.
